I am actively working on the designing and developing of Memristive and memimpedance/memcapacitive devices based on metal oxides and 2D materials and their heterostructures for optoelectronic memories, the realization of bionic visual hardware, Nanoscale memristors for advanced neuromorphic/analog computing, and exploring memristors applications in digital computation. Additionally, we are working on the development of MEMS-based capacitive transducers and sensors for various emerging applications.
